Our priority is to achieve environmentally sustainable
and affordable housing.
1. Resource consumption will be minimal and
locally sourced wherever possible.
2. Whenever possible, materials
we will use will be post-consumer recycled materials or from renewable resources.
3. Recycling of waste streams will aim for 100%.
4. Energy will be conserved and energy supplies will be renewable and non-polluting (solar thermal,
hydro power, wind power, biomass, etc.).
